Final digi pack magazine advert.:

For my Final product, I wanted to convey the sense of mystery and uncertainty, by bluring the picture. The persons head is down, and this is done to show that the imagery and identity of the person is not important - the focus is on the music. There is no direct mode of address, and this is done because the music directly addresses the audience reinforcing the message that the focus is on the music.

Final digi pack:

On the front cover I kept it quite simple, to keep the importance of the band and the music as the focus. the main imagry has been designed to look like a film strip, to capture moments; the track is quite instrumental, and the lack of words involve capturing moments highlighting the snap shot the music is providing. The sequencing of the images reflects the way the video was made. The insert with the names reflects the simple style of the front cover, and the video, while focusing on the names of the artists who created the music.

I created the black CD underlay as I wanted to keep to the colour palette the same, while keeping the simplicity of the piece.

I wanted to have the text at one side, while a image at the other, however on reflection the two overlap slightly, which detracts from the effect I wanted to gain. The effect i wanted to gain was through the camera angle the persons focus being on the song titles and the music, which was the ultimate focus.

I have placed an ultra disk logo and a bar code on the cover to follow the conventions of the CD genre.
